Creativity isn’t just about art, music, or dance. Creativity is the force that runs through everything—a power within each of us. This 21-day guided meditation course was designed to help you expand creativity in to all areas of your life.

Simply put, all of us—including you! Each of us is a unique creator with the free-will to choose the life we truly want. It takes courage, commitment, and determination to overcome false fears and limiting beliefs that hold us back from our full creative potential.

Acts of creativity enhance our overall mood. Studies have shown being creative generates positivity and mindfulness optimizes overall health. Whatever your creative expression, having the right mindset will create those creative impulses to flow with ease.

Unfortunately, as creators we are prone to feelings of fear and limiting beliefs. From fear of failing, being vulnerable, expressing authentically, to fear of success—we’re usually either trapped in the past or projecting on an unknown future.  Mediation allows us to get re-centered by helping us find balance and get back into the flow of the present moment.

Guided meditation for healing is not only a great way to release tension in your body, it can also help remove mental blocks and barriers preventing your creative flow.

If you’re constantly questioning yourself rather than trusting yourself, it can be very challenging to feel freedom and flow of creativity in the moment.  Unconscious intuition plays an important role in creativity.

With a committed dedication to meditation practice, it is possible to achieve a heightened state of awareness.  As well, repeated meditation over time has shown to foster self-trust, allowing creativity to flow freely in all areas of life, without judgment of the creative process.

Welcome to the 21-Day Meditation for Creativity
A 21-Day Meditation for Creativity course to help let go of your past, expand your creativity, and set an intention to help you cultivate a daily meditation practice.

Week 1: Letting Go of Past Relationships
During the first week, you’ll focus your attention on acceptance, forgiveness, and letting go of past relationships as a key to finding balance in the present moment.

Day 1: Root Chakra Activation
In this 20-minute Root Chakra Meditation, you’ll focus on the color red to ground yourself and return back from the darkness of the past to your light of now.

Day 2: Sacral Chakra Activation
In this 20-minute Sacral Chakra Meditation, focus on the color orange of the sacral chakra to find courage in truth and learn lessons when relationships end.

Day 3: Solar Plexus Activation
In this 20-minute Solar Plexus Chakra Meditation, you’ll focus on the color yellow to manifest the power of forgiveness within you.

Day 4: Heart Chakra Activation
In this 20-minute Heart Chakra Meditation, you’ll focus on the color green. With forgiveness in your heart, start dancing again with love from your shadows to the light.

Day 5: Throat Chakra Activation
In this 20-minute Throat Chakra Meditation, from your heart, you’ll silently give power to your voice. Surrender and invoke Ganesha, the remover of obstacles.

Day 6: 3rd Eye Chakra Activation
In this 20-minute 3rd Eye Chakra Meditation, you’ll discover you are made for now, you are made to be in the present moment. Stay in the now, lessons learned.

Day 7: Crown Chakra Activation
In this 20-minute Crown Chakra Meditation, focus on the color violet of the crown chakra. Align with your inner light and divine creator that dwells within you as you.

Week 2: Expand Your Creativity
Inspired by the Nine Rules for Being Human*, in week two you’ll learn about your seven chakras (the seven energy healing centers of your body) to expand your creativity through meditation.

Day 8: Root Chakra Activation
In this 20-minute Root Chakra Meditation, you’ll ground yourself and begin tapping into your creative energy by overcoming limiting beliefs about yourself.

Day 9: Sacral Chakra Activation
In this 20-minute Sacral Chakra Meditation, you’ll learn that in the school of life mistakes are only lessons learned, opportunities in the moment for sustainable growth.

Day 10: Solar Plexus Chakra Activation
In this 20-minute Solar Plexus Chakra Meditation, ignite the fuel of your inner creative fire to get the work done necessary to complete the creative process.

Day 11: Heart Chakra Activation
In this 20-minute Heart Chakra Meditation, focus on the gratitude in your heart by reflecting on the lessons learned from others—they’re just a mirror reflection of you.

Day 12: Throat Chakra Activation
In this 20-minute Throat Chakra Meditation, focus on the color blue to speak your truth from a space of heart-mind coherence.

Day 13: 3rd Eye Chakra Activation
In this 20-minute 3rd Eye Chakra Meditation, focus in the present moment and dial in to your “joy frequency” during your journey on the bumpy road called life.

Day 14: Crown Chakra Activation
In this 20-minute Crown Chakra Meditation, connect with your higher purpose to awaken your true creative expression with balance and mindful awareness.

Week 3: The Energy of Intention
In the third week, you’ll begin to harness the power of your intentions. The key to creating what your design in life is to focus on what you want, give it everything you’ve got, and just go for it.

Day 15: Root Chakra Activation
In this 20-minute Root Chakra Meditation, ground yourself by setting an intention for something you want or plan to do. Intentions are the mechanism for fulfillment.

Day 16: Sacral Chakra Activation
In this 20-minute Sacral Chakra Meditation, use your creative life force energy to strengthen your mind’s stamina and power.

Day 17: Solar Plexus Chakra Activation
In this 20-minute Solar Plexus Chakra Meditation, activate and rebalance your energy center for willpower to strengthen your confidence and self-esteem.

Day 18: Heart Chakra Activation
In this 20-minute Heart Chakra Meditation, set an intention to connect to higher states of pure consciousness through loving awareness.
