Moments Like These are Created When You Follow Your Bliss

I recently had an opportunity to attend a Tantra Retreat at Portal Xibalba in Playa del Carmen with my teacher, sister, and friend Mariposa Alcalde at Respira tu amor.

I didn’t have a chance to get someone to watch Mila while I was there for the weekend.

I asked if I could bring her with me. Fortunately, she could come. And it became a wonderful opportunity for Mila to have a mini adventure.

She got to swim in her first cenote. She had so much fun and it was a wonderful bonding experience.

Animals are far more intelligent than we give them credit sometimes. Mila is so emotionally intelligent.

I can’t imagine life on this journey without her. She is my angel, a living spirit animal, and she has helped me heal my heart.

She is my joy, my best friend, my constant companion. Giving her experiences like this is a no brainer. It’s the least I can do for her.

Moments like these are created when you follow your bliss. Our joy and happiness that comes when we do the inner work, using the power of the breath and follow our hearts to create and live a life we love.
